I agree in theory but have hung in with reading these posts to see whether 
someone has taken any 'official' action.   For instance, did anyone actually 
lodge a complaint to the RM or file a protest?    I may have missed it, but 
so far I have not seen that this was done.

I know this particular sponsor was censured for behavior last year, and if 
the bad behavior is continuing, it sure needs to be reported via formal 
channels.  Presumably the protest & grievance committee would take this 
somewhat more seriously, as a repeat offense, *if* indeed that matched their 
investigative findings.   

I sure hope someone (like the guest who posted having witnessed a horse 
collapse, and junior LD riders come in with horses HR hanging, etc) is 
proceeding to report these problems.  Does anyone know if this is the case?
