I don't know, nor have I ever seen this person and her
juniors. But, I often sponsor juniors, sometimes many of them simultaneously. It
is difficult to ride with a group of more than 2 or 3 riders of any age and
still make good time. It is darn near impossible to ride with more than one
junior, look out for their and their horse's well-being, and still ride
fast.
I find myself constantly watching over my shoulder to make
sure everyone is ok, asking about the horses, watching to make sure everyone
(horse and human!) is drinking and eating, all the while trying to not get
lost!! And then there is reminding everyone to use good manners not only with
other riders, but with each other.
I hope I have never offended anyone with my juniors like
this person seems to have done with hers.
