    [RC] hydration - a hurley


    I don't ride in texas like environments have had
    similar problems in the past even here in CA. 
    
    You may be overheating - have heat exhaustation. Are
    you sweating? Try to cool yourself by wetting yourself
    down. 
    
     What are you eating during the ride? It might be
    worthwhile to look into that as well. 
    
    Also the gatorade is mostly sugar and maybe not enough
    salt. The Gookinaid (which I use and like) is not very
    salty. Maybe you need more salt?? 
    
    I have found that I can  eat peanut butter and honey
    no matter how awful I feel. Also Gu works pretty well.
    If you are one of those people that can't eat at all
    you can try Carbo-Charge sold by Australian Connection
    - you add it to water. But make sure that you are
    eating as well as drinking as not eating can also make
    you woosy.
    
    The not peeing is a problem but I am with you in that
    I don't know how you could drink more. It sounds like
    you are drinking a lot.
    
    Hope you find something to fix this. It really is
    horrible to be sick like that.
