  Bottled spring water 
Smart Water (from Whole Foods Market, lots of flavors, distilled water + 
non-salt electrolytes + tiny bit of fruit flavor) 
1/2 strength gatorade 
Lemonade and iced tea mixed 1/2 and 1/2 
packette of emergenC in morning 
 
On drive home, ginger ale and orange soda.  And stopping at nearest 
Whataburger for a bacon cheesburger and fries and root beer
