[RC] Potassium in electrolyes - John & Sue Greenall

I just read an excerpt from the MARE research ride done in April.
They are suggesting that potassium free electrolytes would reduce
the neuromuscular excitability that is the cause of muscle twitches
or loss of tone, changes in gut motility and abnormal heart
rhythms. It also led to less acidity. Any comments on this??
