Ridecamp: [RC] Truck hauling questions

  This recent trailer thread has me wondering about a few
things pertaining to a hauling vehicle with an automatic
transmission. 

1. Should the tires be inflated to max capacity when used
for pulling?
2. Does anyone use the cruise control when hauling?
3. Should the overdrive be on or off when hauling?

 I have heard both pros and cons for the above questions. I
figured with as much as the majority of y'all haul, what
better collective group to ask?
