Interesting choice of words.  If raising concerns about the FEI policy
and pre-emptively (or pro-actively) speaking out to prevent the AERC
from following suit is "Making noise" and "sputtering" then consider
me a noisy sputterer.

IMO if a horse has ulcers requiring medication, he should not be
competing in an endurance ride, period.  No different from any other
medical condition requiring medication.  Cure him first, then return
to the trail.
