Ridecamp: Re: [RC] Whole flax Seed

This is not horse related - but I have started giving flax seed oil to my 
ADHD 9 year old boy.  It really seems to help his ability to reason and not 
be so angry (he has a genius iq level, so anger management is an issue).  
Don't know why it works, but it does seem to help.  Any ideas why?
