    I agree that all horses kick.  That's like saying, "my
    dog would never bite." All dogs can bite.
    Animals are animals - they are not machines. 
    Sometimes you can't predict everything they do and
    accidents happen.  If someones horse kicks my horse
    and they are sincere and apologetic and feel bad about
    the whole thing - let it go -- it happens.
    But, if they say nothing like - what's the big deal? 
    Then I see something wrong there.
    Shouldn't have to worry about someone suing you over
    an accident.
