    and indeed it is every riders right to be able to ride safely away from poorly trained or managed horses. A horse whose poor behavior is no surprise to its owner is bad management at best and profoundly self serving at worst. Some horses - and frankly, people - have no business participating in events. Safety first - because someone else's freedom to swing his fist ends where my nose begins.
