Well, Howard, I can tell you how you measure
the amount of energy they retained from their feed, but it's not the sort of
topic one drops into casual conversation! ;)
Seriously, I think (but I won't swear
to it) that's where treadmill research is used. I'm not up on exercise
physiology research, but perhaps Susan can shed some light on the
topic.
