Ridecamp: [RC] shellbourne/HRM question?

Hello:
To the person asking about going to Shellbourne,  I'm
going.  But,  I'm not doing all the days.  I have a
young horse just starting his first season.
But,  Shellbourne is fun.

Now about HRM's.  I have been using mine for years and
this year I'm having problems with it.  I just sent it
back to Polar to have it cleaned and a new battery
etc.
I was at Gunnison at a ride and the lady I was riding
with has been having the same problems -- we compared
notes.
The monitor is very sporatic.  It will go from 0 to
260 then to 40 so on and so on.
Then it will just 0 out and stay that way.
Leads are all connected.  Horse is sweaty.  Everything
seems fine but,  monitor is driving me crazy!
The lady I rode with suggested interference in the air
waves - phones etc.
Any suggestions???
