I *just* now figured this out (Okay, I'm a bit slow)...
The large (multidose) tubes that Safeguard paste wormer comes in make great
electrolyte syringes! Tried some for over the weekend, and I was able to
get a complete dose of P&W , strained carrots, and enough water to make a
paste just sticky enough to not be spit out easily. And was also able to
make some more runny for the horse that seems to prefer it that way... Sure
am glad I saved all those tubes... And the stoppers on the ends stay put..

Can't beat the syringe. I buy enough syringes to
mix all mine the night before and put them in the cooler. One less thing
to worry about.
