Ridecamp: [RC] [RC] FEI Ride aka Masters Series

I have a question.  According to AERC rules, can a separate unsanctioned 75 
mile ride be run in conjunction with an AERC sanctioned event?  I thought 
that you couldn't do that? Also, wasn't there something about FEI not being 
able to sanction a ride unless it was AERC sanctioned?  k
