    I am all in favor of it. No one else will fund studies as
    MONEY is required to do them.
    
    There is a simple thing called return on investment. If it
    is not there then you do not invest. If you have a product
    you must find a market for it.
    
    Scenario: You have a ulcer preventative, treatment substance
    you go look for those with ulcers or those that might have
    ulcers. You show them they have a problem and you have a
    solution.
    
    A very good rule in life; Never complain about a problem (or
    perceived problem) unless you have  a solution. If there is
    a problem and you have a solution then you are a hero (or a
    good sales person).
    
    I give them great credit for forward thinking. FEI has
    approved the use, so Gastrogard is making use of it.
    
    HOWEVER, I still contend that if your horse has ulcers and
    needs Gastrogard, it does not need competition to compound
    the problem. No horse under treatment should be allowed in
    endurance competition.
