In most cases the Feb/March issue of EN is the combined issue.  This year
the office decided to make the March/April issue the combined issue. 
AERC combines these months because our Convention falls on the deadline
date for articles, etc.  A member should receive 11 issues of EN.  btw,
don't forget to use the SUNDOWNER TRAILERS, Discount to join AERC if you
have not been a member in the last 5 years, or have never been a member.
