Hello I really like and use  a hardner from delta  called CROSSAPOL
Seems to work quite well for my gang. I have 4 barefoot - older not
ridden much - retired etc.
When I pull  shoes on the workers I put this on everyday for a week or
so.
This is sort of like KETEX only cheaper
