Just get a lady godiva suit and go bareback.  A while back I was told 
my a policeman that in Tx the law only says you have to have the 
reproductive organs covered..............  but it also says you can't 
cause a commotion.  One yr at a Halloween Ride, someone was scantily 
dressed 'native'.. did have on panty hose.. and loin cloth.  I figured 
it must have been cold!!! MAS
