Postmarks on Ballots

So far - even though the ballots went to the mailer on Nov. 1 - I haven't
heard that anyone has received their ballots.

Similar problems occur in the EN mailings.

For those who are receiving ballots - NE, MW, SW, W, NW - would you
let me know by email mmaul@flash.net

and I will try to determine whether the problem is a post office or mailing
