Re: RC: RE: BOD Meeting Topics



Why is the "office" making decisions like this without a directive from the 
board? If the board wants the membership to trust them to run the 
organization without going to the membership for every little detail, we 
need confidence that the board is actually overseeing/controlling the 
decision making, not the "office".
Offering insurance to ride managers is a membership service. While the 
office might best be able to decide the mechanics of providing sevices, it 
would seem to be up to the board what services to offer.
