  Assembled AS DESCRIBED,your horse CANNOT "wrap the hose around her
legs"-for it is way too stiff and springy to wrap around anything.A piece
of rope inside a garden hose will not be adequately stiff.i've seen some
pretty fractious horses stay out of trouble just fine on this rig.
