The equipment we had at Cal Poly was a prototype model that required the
horse to be standing still in a room where heat had more or less reached
equilibrium (except for changes in the horse itself).  So unless technology
has advanced considerably (which it may very well have), then moving
thermograms weren't possible.  Times might have changed, though.
