My experience is just the opposite.  I have a neoprene
Orthoflex girth and it rubs my endurance horse.  On
the other hand, I use a Professional Choice English
girth on my foxhunter and it has never rubbed.  Now,
of course, I talking about 2 different girths on 2
different horses doing 2 different things.

Someone has already suggested loosening the girth.  I
think I'll try that and see what happens.  Isn't there
currently a thread about practicing medicine sans
license? ;-)
