The mill was probably making feather meal or some such before your batch.  If they're just little white feathers, than I wouldn't worry about it.  If you see larger bits, or the feathers don't look like they came from a chicken, take it back.

I just started feeding beet pulp 3 days ago and have been concerned to find feathers it.  I've been picking them out and hoping not to find any more of a bird, but now this is concerning me even more.
