I just got a call back from the realtor.  There's 18 acres, mostly
open.  It is located on Spears Cemetery Road, which is right off
of Heartbreak Hill, near Caper Hill Road & Vet Check 4.  Yes,
you can trail ride from there to GHMA, right along the PAC route.

Sigh...
