Hello All,
One of the huge challenges the USA has
in fielding an endurace team that funcitons
as a team is due to the fact of geography
we can't escape: the USA covers a huge
amount of territory, much more so than
say, France.
Not only is our country very large, but
our regions are large as well.  It becomes
very difficult for our team members to get
together and train together as a team
before competions due to such issues
as traveling long distances and expense.

Many team members are working folk and
so trying to get together with your
team members who may be on the other side
of your region can prove challenging.
