On-line membership updates glitch for the past 24 hours

If you had trouble updating your membership/horse information in the last
24-30 hours - please try it again.

We locked out the region and WT division change because that is not allowed to 
change after June 1 but then produced a glitch when you tried to update other
fields.

Please try again if you had trouble and let us know if you still have a problem.
