Family on-line activation instructions for AERC member pages

If a family all uses the same email address - you cannot all activate your 
accounts with the same email address as the login.

I suggest that the first person to activate uses the email address and the next
ones add a number after the first part - name@isp.com, name1@isp.com, name2@isp.com.

when you are activated - then use the login configuration to select a different 
login ID so that you don't have to use the fake email addresses.  And put the correct 
email address in your personal information.
