We're involved with AHSA because of the FEI. While I don't know that it
is a threat - just go tell them to pound sand - they are a necessity in
order to pursue international competition under the umbrella of FEI.

I do support the Barney and the Board and applaud Valery Kanavy for their
stance in this whole affair.  To me this is a much larger threat to AERC than
FEI!
