If you add some tomatoes you could have a zesty salsa recipe here.  Seriously 
though,  On the off chance that someone might possibly take this recipe 
seriously...... have you ever touched your eyes after handling chilli 
peppers?  I can't imagine what spraying it on your poor horse would do to him 
 -- not a good plan at all.  =:O
