Bodyglide great stuff.  My wife uses it on her horse who has pretty thin
skin and it seems to help.  I use it on myself when I run or bike a long
distance.  Got me through my marathon.  
As far as candy, I just use Powerbars and GU.  Not the best tasting but the
stuff works.

 Has anyone tried Bodyglide? Does it work? Also what kind of candy can
travel 50 miles in a sport pack and still be edible? I am amassing a
