Jennifer...

I don't have a problem with that for a 100.....very few novices
here....but I can't agree for a 50....even if it is multi-day.  A vet
check every 25 miles would slow ME down as you say...but maybe not for a
"newbie" 50 miler.  Vet doesn't see the horse enough to compensate for
the inexperience of the rider.
