As I said, the Board of Directors has nothing to do with the rides other than 
if AERC rules are broken.   Rules at other rides such as age limits for 
juniors, requiring horses to be saddled and/or shod, lower finish criteria, 
CRI's at a certain time, etc. are all NOT AERC rules but no one seems to be 
complaining about them.  Ride managers are free to add their own rules.     mb
