Has anyone else had an issue with AERC getting thire mileage awards.  I have e-mailed and called.  I spoke to one person and she asked me what rides I had finished.  I read them to her off thire own web-site.  What is going on?  I was made to feel that I was asking them to to something extra and was asked if I wanted them? I was made to feel that I was putting them out and that I was the only one who wanted them? Any input?
