Definately noticed a difference with Cosequin on a variety of horses, but also with Adequan and after a years trial, decided it was easier (and cheaper) to give a shot of Adequan once a month than give Cosequin daily. Another joint supplement I'm had good results with on one horse for more than a year now is Grand Flex. DSS
