New officers:  President - Barney Fleming, VP - Jerry Fruth, Treasurer - Vicki
Rutter, Sec. Louise Riedel.

Significant item - Bylaws revision held for the moment. Looking to see if
a "friendlier" state than California to incorporate in.  This is only for 
business purposes - no effect at all on the office. 

Susan Garlinghouses talk was at capacity and there were a large number of vendors.

The awards dinner was excellent but long as usual.
