I am the one that asked these questions.
Will try to paraphrase the responses.
Vets at least 2 
timers one main with 2 helpers (one in and one out)(yelling those times)
PR people 2 experienced  or pull from crew for
that first bunched up vet check (if their horse is not there yet)
Vet secretaries for each vet (keep the tabs on the sheets going
and helps with tabulation of BC later)
Payment for vets $150 per to over $300 for main one (depends upon
distance traveled)
entry fees  from $45 to $85 per distance $100 to $135 for 100 milers
