Sometimes positive suggestions have to be coached, just like getting a 
positive reaction from a horse.  The people who are asking, (or criticizing) 
today,could be your volunteer/committee members someday!  Thanks to John 
Parke for educating the curious.  Lets keep it positive! Including the 
feedback!
