AERC awards

I think year end awards should be standardized and should be the same from 
year to year, like the Olympic medals Angie referred to.  I'd like to see a 
buckle - it's traditional in our sport, or was till they got so expensive - 
or even a medal.  Something that looks classy and isn't utilitarian.  An 
AWARD in other words, something that you couldn't get from WalMart or 
anywhere else, something that a person coming in your house or office would 
see and *know* was an award - something you could only get by earning it 
the AERC way.

Any board members reading this, that's my input!
