Re: RC: Tucker saddle

I saw the Field Trial model and thought it looked interesting. But when
the girl that owned it got into endurance, we tried it on her new Arab
and it was really bad. The tree felt like it was steel or something, and
the panels were very long and flat. The Arab was 14.2 and lean built and
it reached from on top of his shoulderblade to digging into his loins,
and only touched at those two points. I think they have other models
though. I have talked to a man who had a Tucker for his gaited horse and
felt the tree was "off" in some way. All other saddles sat straight on
the horse but that one sat over to the side. He sent it back and I
believe they fixed it. Don't know what sort of tree they have that they
could alter it though.
