complaints (long winded and preachy)

sorry if this is long winded and preachy but I am sorry I must complain
about complaints. I have a respect for people who go out of their way to
make it possible to have a ride for us to go to. nope I am not a ride
manager yet. Maybe one day I will get the nerve.. perhaps if I have another
accident and the Dr perscribes plenty of pain killers and the county is not
a dry county. I see rides and the ride terrain as the part of the game.
(maybe we ought to blow up that big ole cougar rock since it IS in the way!)
But let me start with-
Ah yes the good old days. I am sure there are folks out there who still
don't use heart monitors. I am sure there are folks out there who make up
their own electrolytes with karo syrup and other good stuff. I will have my
current rig for some time a 14ft gooseneck stock trailer and my little ole
dodge 1500 with a V8. I will continue to shiver in my make shift sleeping
area and probably fix my Java over a fire. Call me old fashioned. You know I
didn't complain about the rocks on the trails. to me I see them as part of
the game we play just as a football player changes the play at the scrimage
line. I didn't complain about the mud or bogs. That is part of the terain.
Nope I didn't complain that the vet was gonna pull me coss I lost two shoes.
I did say well she ain't lame and I promised to make sure I bought easy
boots. If we are wanting our trails to be customed to our desires then what
is the point of going? geez if you are forewarned about the terain and I
have been forewarned! if you are not there at ride meeting to hear about the
terain.. your problem. If you can't see the pie plates, ribbons and little
GO THIS AWAY NOT THAT AWAY arrows you should have worn your specs or ride
with a partner that can tell which ways to go. Just because your horse has a
stone bruise doesn't mean that EVERY horse has one. It is just one of them
things you can't forsee. If you want insurance to get the top ten or the
best condition find a different sport... as a matter of fact tell us about
it! There are no sure fire ultimate ways to win this sport. I am sure
Valarie Knavy has bad days to! Have we as a culture gone so far to customize
everything? even our earth- to our specifications? nice loamy trails with
nary a stone. and water along side them with nice bottoms to fill our
thirsty horses? Oh well I hear they will be populating Mars pretty soon.
I will never be able to afford a chiropractor for my horse. If it wasn't for
good insurance and he take what ever insurance will provide Carla wouldn't
have one. If I can continue the path I am on to retire from working in the
Pizza Biz by the time I am forty I will be happy. My life right now is
building a future for Hubby and the potential family (I am still waiting on
the kidlets to come along) The last thing I am concerned about is If my Rig
matches.... yeah I have blown off saying I will have a blow up Jacuzzi when
Ansata and I do our million mile march in 2005. (okay not million) Okay
maybe I will permit one luxury. .
Carla (give me a trail with rocks anyday!)
Ansata (mmm if only i could eat rocks!!)
Haley ( I am coming home WEDNESDAY!!!!)
Rob (rocks?they have rocks?)
