RE Safty cages again

I've been a little bit of everywhere with these cages and no major problem
unless it's the fasteners popping loose, used a small screw to reattach.
Occasionally get a small branch stuck but no big deal, just shake it out. The
reason the cages are there is to keep you from getting your foot hung in the
stirrup and not to hang your foot.
