RE: RC 1635 Difference between LD and other distances

That was great Sue you hit on all I have been thinking about. I just sent my
cheque in to the AERC to reapply for member ship. I few of my previous posts
came from a slightly different direction but arrived at the end. I have also had
to grow a thicker skin just because i would like my horse to get career miles
for any AERC sanctioned event he participates in whether it's a 25 or 50. New
horse, old horse only did CTR's starting endurance now. Also because I believe
in a minimum age for junior riders. But I'm here for the long haul. I'm going
to post a question about energy expended over certain distances on horses that
have no conditioning beyond a certain distance on the Horse Science Digest, and
if my theory has any basis in fact. Some folkes here tell me it doesn't.

I still think ridecamp is the place to be and has great folkes on it. Cheers.
