Cora, I guess I need more arena work?  Is Deno naturally that
way? or did you have to train for it?  Beau drives like my
truck.

Come to think of it, my mare out the same sire (Russian/Crabbet)
can be real flexible.  Haven't raced her downhill yet because
the first time I ever trotted downhill was on my first endurance
ride last year on Beau! Beemer drives like a "beamer".  I'm getting
her back from a breed-lease this winter and will start legging her
up.

Yeah, I have to duck a lot too, but it helps that I'm only
5' tall!

Deno is a tall leggy Polish bred arab also...but he steers very tight
corners..races downhill..is overall extremely capable..of anything a smaller
horse is...you just need to "duck"  more than most riders!!!...Cora
