Well, I guess I am lucky. I like where i live. I live in Northeatsern PA, my
friends from VT call it "little Vermont" because we have the mountains where
I am. It's beautiful! It's getting more built up where I am, but if you go
more towards the north central part of the state, it's heaven. We do have
some snakes but nothing any worse than anywhere else. Our humidity can be
tough, but if you are used to it, and your horses too, I have found this to
be an advantage in going other places to rides, or when outsiders come here.
There are losts of CTR rides within 4 hours, and severel endurance rides
within 6. I like it also because I can be isolated in the mountains, but
within 5 hours, be at the theater in NYC, or at the beach, although I'm not
really the beach sort. But I like having the option.
