Totally correct, Sylvia.  Ridecampers, when you see something too incredible
to be true on the internet, most of the time it's made up.  You could hit
the Urban Legends site directly to find out at:
http://www.urbanlegends.com/

or do a search at yahoo or other search portals using a string like:
Clinton+cattle+guards  which will usually yield something of value and in
this case, what do you know, the urban legends site:
http://www.urbanlegends.com/politics/clinton_fires_cattle_guards.html  .

Remember that it takes almost no talent to "forge" the credentials of an
unsecured site, e.g., I can easily produce an email that appears to have
come from "BillClinton@TheWhiteHouse.us.gov" or some similar nonsense.  In
this internet century, the expression "take it with a grain of salt" is a
significant understatement.
