Quite honestly, Cathy, I'd just take a scalpel (a utility knife will do 
just fine) to the cantle bag and after freeing the hostages, place them 
safely in a new bag which has zippers that work.  The reason I say 
sacrifice the bag is that if your zippers are stuck now, they will get 
stuck on a ride and you'll really be up the creek.  Lif
