Tevis 2001 Ride Applications Now Being Accepted

The Ride Application and Release forms are now available on the
Tevis Web Site: http://www.foothill.net/tevis/SIGNUP.HTM

These forms are printable from you web browser, but if you have
a problem getting them to print on a single sheet of paper per
form, please download the Word file (PC or Mac) via the link
provided.

Note that both forms (Application and Release) are required.
Your application cannot be considered otherwise.

As always, contact me (mailto:trailride@foothill.net) if you
have any questions about the Ride or problems with the forms.
