Re: RC: scratches

Hi Sylvia
My vet has something that DOES work EVERY time. I'm going to help him
market it because I've never seen anything else as good. I told him to
cal it Scratches Be Gone with a circle and slanted line through it. He
has the pharmacist mix it up. My suggestion, though, is that whatever
you uses, instead of wrapping the leg once you've put the medicine on,
you merely spray waterproof sun block on it (the kind you spray on your
kids when they are at the beach.) In my experience, the moisture that
accrues from wrapping actually promotes scratches. This way you dry it
out without exposing the area to the sunlight which actually
proliferates it.
Good luck!
Bette
