keep things simple to start
feed - just a good well balanced feed  less then 12% protein

get the best shoer you can buy , hang the cost

saddle - anything that fits.

tack gear clothes -- what ever fits feels good and costs less

if you are just starting - get a stethoscope

take some low cost dressage lessons   optional..

dont buy something just because your friend has it

you really dont need all the pricey stuff - and that includes my hrm

i started 20 yrs ago   had nothing but local sweet feed salt and a home
reworked saddles.

oh yes - just ride ride ride

last have fun dont worry   get some 25 milers done - dont race them
